*hiring has been difficult because many people don't recognize how awesome Talbots is, this has left us a little short staffed

Everyone I work with and for are open to suggestions and extremely collaborative. People work for people. Everything goes back to the customer!

Cons

Payroll management. Benefit times goes against store payroll. Should be separated and handles at corporate.
