Pros

Talbots invests in me and actively contributes to my growth and development far more than any other retailer I have worked for. In the field we truly feel the support from our corporate partners. Working for Talbots I am able to create meaningful, positive experiences for myself, my team, our customers and our brand.

Cons

As with all retail leadership, there are times when it has been challenging to achieve work/life balance. Fortunately this is not a consistent issue.

This is the most humble company I have ever worked for. The people are real and it's so refreshing to be around people who care about people. I AM TALBOTS! !!!!

Pros

Comittment to learning and development, very transparent senior management team, great co-workers and fun clients.

Cons

-retail hours can be tough but the company is understanding of your work/life needs -technology in the stores is not up to date but is in the works
