      Management truly cares and values you. Work life balance. Cute clothes, great discount. Very organized training for newbies.

      Pros

      Beautiful Store, good discount, good location. Nice people that work at store. In a nice location with local following. Trunk shows, customer service, hugs where you get to spend money on loyal customers who need a special treat.

      Cons

      They scheduled me out of my availability and unorganized. Could not hire a store manager. I asked for certain days off and I am a client specialist and I get scheduled at night and I'll on days that I am not available.
