Pros
Staff was great to work with as well as store manager. Learned tons of stuff and loved my job in the beginning. Bonuses every month when making store goals. Pay was also good
Cons
After a year of being there they decided to only give bonuses when you made your month as well as stayed within your sph which was ridiculous with the amount of work expected. Would receive shipment 3 days before a floorset was due plus they wanted markdowns done with limited payroll. After 2 yrs of being employed received no raise. They expect you to be bc but not sale during those times but also make your sales goal for the week.
