      The hours are part-time You get to interact and see the newest styles Customers are great

      Cons

      The hours are part-time There is no overtime There is no time and a half Shifts get cut constantly Management could use better training

      Nice people. I cannot think of anything nice to say other than I had a great manager.

      Cons

      Talbots does not appreciate their employees. In over 5 years, a dollar raise was all I got. That is with a promotion as well. It was all about getting credit cards
