Pros

Lovely clients and co-workers. Thoughtful (overworked) manager

Cons

No path to advancement, full-time status or pay raises. (ageism?) No benefits for part-time workers. Lack of role clarity from management regarding the client specialist role and no team-wide communication. No real respect for part-timers. It seems like less desirable schedules (late night closing shifts, weekends) are given to those who don't complain

Decent working hours, busy all year round.

Cons

Teams lack communication and connections to each other. No matter how long you've been there you are just a number. When projection are not met, you're dispensable.

* Unstable Store Management. New Store Manager every year. Does not promote from within. Constantly changing store, waste of money and confusing to customers
