Pros

My manager Belinda was an amazing woman, I enjoyed working with her she hires a team of fabulous women. All there to help each other and of course the customers I enjoyed working with that team. We rocked.

Cons

The pay was not that good, its retail, no full time unless you were management. So no insurance.

-excellent work environment/culture -opportunities for advancement and raises -great connections with clients -relationship based approach to sales versus purly transactional

Cons

-customer's can be difficult, however that goes for anywhere in retail

weekly pay, friendly co workers

Cons

short hours, hours cut all the time. Don't get credit for sales that you spend a long time with.
