      Cons

      Most of middle management have been promoted through the ranks and have no outside training in people management, causing high turnover. It often seemed that "corporate" was calling all the shots and local management really had no authority.

      Discount is excellent Some great customers More mature working staff, versus incompetent kids...BUT...

      Cons

      They do ALL of their own cleaning, shoveling and all. This means YOU, the part-time employee.. You do so in their professional attire, which feel very fake and you keep a smile on your face. The wages you get are not high and the clothes are not affordable and while they do require you to wear the clothes, you have to dress seasonally when you do. If you live in a cold part f the US and it is technically spring...get ready to freeze and be uncomfortable. Management does not give standing breaks to people after five hours and this affects morale.

      District management was not proficient in her job. In charge of 11 stores and didn't know how to open or close any of them.
