It was absolutely cruel how they cut hours during the pandemic, especially after the holidays. We were expected to do twice the work in half the time and much less staff. When there are so many employees that are already working at minimum wage this was just heartless. They also don't promote fairly, at all. They don't promote because you earn it, but because you ask for it and then fight for it. Don't expect yearly raises. Some go 3 years without a raise, unless they go to a higher position. This is the same for sales associates or management.
