If you love helping others create a personalized wardrobe - then you will love working at Talbots!

Cons

If you are younger, there are still tons of cute clothes for you to use your employee discount on...but your clients will most likely be that of an older generation which can sometimes be a little hard to please as far opinions on what is fashionable, classic, and truly looks great on the customer.
