Kind people who really care about all of their fellow coworkers. Nice clothes and lots of good sales

Cons

Pay and perks could be much better. Other than that the job was pretty good, I have to say. Sometimes hectic.

Pros

Talbots provide a good working environment. The people that worked for the company were, overall, the nicest, most down to earth people. The benefits were good as well. The company allowed for time off to take care of family and vacation time was ample.

Cons

The only down side I can think of has less to do with the company and more to do with the overall health of the economy. When I first started at Talbots, there was a lot of growth potential. As the economy declined, so did most of the opportunities. Tough times also forced Talbots to eliminate the department I worked in.
