      Good place to work for the single person with no kids.

      Pros

      Great benefits and fun place to work with people. Staff and management were friendly and it was a great environment. Great clothes too!

      Cons

      Too many hard hours, can't have much of a personal life. Wasn't a good job for someone with a degree, as it was a long time coming with career advancement. Pay was bad in comparison of someone with a simliar degree.

      Pros

      The great discount : 40% off & great pay for hourly work in Racine, Wi. If you like fashion it's a great place to start and learn. It's not commissioned based either.

      Cons

      Hours are not consistent and the company tends to cut hours and expect more sales from each associate & management.

      Pros

      Okay place to work for retail, a little better pay than most. Very professional. Very customer service oriented. Overall a pretty good place to work.

      Cons

      My feet hurt so bad when I worked there, only a 30 min lunch if you worked over a six hour shift, and only a fifteen min break if you worked under that. I left Talbots because I asked for two days off three months in advance and the manager said no because ONE other person had asked those days off, but there were about seven other people available to work.
