      Local management was fair to good, but company has been extremely mismanaged at corporate level for the last 5 years.

      Pros

      Discount on clothing (until quality was abandoned), decent benefits (although those are declining), wonderful co-workers, nice facility, reasonably ergonomically-correct work space

      Cons

      Product quality and level of customer service allowed has declined to an embarrassing level; it seems as if the current management (directors and above) are simply taking what they can before shutting the company down.

      Pros

      Location is great for employees living on the south shore.

      Cons

      Extremely uncomfortable day-to-day environment with looming layoffs and possible buyout rumors running rampant. Upper management lives on a planet of 'it's all about me and what I can get' and gives little to no respect to underlings. Hard to get a "hello/good morning" in the hallways from just about anyone in any type of management roll. Pathetic.
