      Great sales associates, great customers but constant change of product is driving core customer away.

      Pros

      Sales associates are fun and great to work with, customers, though sometimes unhappy with the product are usually pleasant to deal with and the product is appealing.

      Cons

      Management is not promoted from within from the store level to the corporate level. Constant change in coroporate management so you don't know what is coming next. Company has been struggling financially for years and continues to lay off employees.

      Decent pay, kind fellow employees (typically older ladies), nice managers, there was a discount for the clothes for employees

      Cons

      Not enough pay for the position, tedious tasks that had to be completed in a short amount of time, overcrowding in the stock room
