Customers/Truly loved visual ops even though it was a tough job/Discount descent/Some of the coworkers were great some terrible
Cons
Always changing sales,making up policy and procedures to whoever was in charge for the day,never going by one book,backstabbing,hiring idiots and not admitting you made a mistake when they are letting merchandise walk out the door . After 4 months can’t even run a register always needing someone to assist or spoon feed them .self sufficient is a must at a fast paced environment Store managers can’t be trusted to have your back and want you to be the one to always tell HER NO but when they are threatened you get to clean up their messes.It’s not about the HER experience it’s about the THEM experience.Meaning anyone above Store Managers.Will never get an incentive and never a pay raise .No matter how dedicated and great at your job you will never be good enough unless you can kiss ___ at all times.
