There is little to no work life balance. Expectations are set very high with minimal support and communication from members of upper field management. Some upper field managers are not consistent with managing to the message set forth by senior management (corporate.) Very little recognition given and you are not shown any appreciation for going above and beyond since that is what is expected at ALL times. Pay is low for associates in comparison to the amount of work they do. Customers are very needy and can be rude to associates at times.

no room for growth, corporate culture doesn't provide incentive to sell. Associates are required to maintain high sales volume with very little reward or recognition.
