      Pros

      People - customers and associates are the best! We use to have a great district and regional manager too. Nice store environment, some stores were updated to relect a more modern look. 40% clothing discount is very generous. Flexible work schedule when staffing is full

      Cons

      Our district manager is lazy and never on the floor. She arrives later then planned and leaves earlier than expected. She never has time to hear our concerns, instead she just tells us about her personal problems. We need someone who is not afraid of uppermanagement and stands on her own. Where is our support? Productivity program is almost impossible if you work part time.
