      The best associates, hardworking, extended family Discounts on clothing 401k offering to PT employees Decent pay

      Cons

      Store managers have no empowerment to make decisions and aren't consulted on any changes. Tremendous stress on all associates to preform with no one past their SM to pat them on the back. SM under much stress with little/no training and no leadership or mentoring from DM or RM. Upper management (DM) 'calling out' (embarrassing, bullying) employees in front of other employees. Store employees are numbers and not real people with families and feelings. Too easily dismissed.
