      Pros

      Very clean work environment..customers are awesome..stores are contemporary with neutral coloring..coworkers are friendly and the job is easy

      Cons

      The communication is horrible between upper management and the stores.. Pay is so so and there is mo bonus for sales associates

      CO- WORKERS are supportive CUSTOMERS want the brand to succeed LOCATION- nice Discount- good brand loyalty although eroding she still routing for our success!

      Cons

      Newly hired associates who have less experience are getting paid more and there no opportunity for adjustments. unrealistic demands moral poor no confidence in executives decisions

      Talbots was a good starting off point, but I feel that it needs to put more faith into its employees and their knowledge

      Pros

      Friendly environment. Claim to promote from within It is in the midst of re-branding itself still so it is an exciting time to work there. The "new" president seems to be very dedicated to the brand.

      Cons

      Do not value the knowledge and work of employees enough. Promotions seem to be based solely on the amount of time you worked there - but should focus more on how hard you have worked and what you have to offer.
