      good work life balance, good pay, great place to learn and grow Teaches great customer service skills

      Cons

      management is comfortable with conditions and pays so there is little management turn over so it is not easy to move up. There is not a lot of talk about who is next in line for promotions, higher management does not lead by example but teaches us to. A lot of micro management going on

      Great managers and store associates. Nice customers. Typical retail hours and schedule. Pleasant store environment but needs to be updated.

      Cons

      No recognition for successful results or feedback on strong performance. Salary compression a problem. No decent incentives for sales results.
