      head designer is very smart and talented. you will learn alot from her

      the company as a whole is very clicky, alot of odd characters and very unfriendly. offten would come to work early to get work done and would have to put my headphones in to not listen to all the gossip going on. Talbots will not promote you on proformance it is all on there time line. and often drag there feet

      Employee discount, generally the associates are great

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch and stingy. They cut hours, don't give raises yet still expect you to deliver exceptional results. I want to feel good about my job not feel like I can never finish a task because I don't have the time.
