      Bonus was with points to put towards Talbots clothing .

      Cons

      You can not grow in this company. No upper management listens to needs, and no gratification. They push hard without reward. No Christmas party, not even a holiday card from head office. Minimum wage for sales persons need to change. This is older house wife’s working to have fun, no young person wants minimal wage so younger clients won’t shop there no matter how Talbots try’s to revamp there style to the young .
