      Pros

      Friendly environment. Love the senior management, very approachable and supportive and open to new ideas.

      Cons

      Employees can not leave the store for their breaks. The water service has been taken away. No discount for employees on markdown products. Back office technology is very old fashion and not effecient.

      discount, pay was pretty good, benefits good

      Cons

      hours, expectations too high considering they give you very little to work with in regards to payroll, staff, etc... Very "political" when it comes to promotions, etc... You must be a brown noser to move up...
