Unrealistic expectations especially for the low pay. Very clickie and fake. 1 raise in 5 years. They spend more on their customers than they're employees.

Some of the other sales associates were cool but a lot of them were miserable and rude. It was hard to feel supported when your coworkers were talking about you any chance they got. I also think the pay should be a little higher for the amount of work you have to do (but after all, it is retail)
