I had a superb Manager, who kept me interested, and wanting to work.

Cons

Not a great base pay rate. Not as many hours as I wished. To few employees in the store.

I love the clothes and was excited to work for a great company.

Cons

I worked at the store just under 3 months. The Store Manager was happy with my performance. The SM even bought me flowers and a thank you note. 2 weeks later she had a corporate visit that did not go well and I was fired because my client book did not have enough clients. Apparently I was her fall guy. Total shock. In the end it was a blessing because I received many calls from fellow associates about how bad the SM was treating all of them. Many asked me to keep in touch so they can follow me in my new position.

Pros

They offer competitive pay and full benefits. They also provide more vacation time with 3 weeks for new hires vs the industry standard of 2. The CEO is very competent and friendly. Upper management is very open about the direction of the company.

Cons

No flex time and for those who work north or west of boston the commute is a nightmare.
