Pros

Helping our clients look and feel her best, easy to order items through red phone, I enjoy sending correspondence to clients. There isn't a lot of promo changes

Cons

Associates need more pay or higher discount on clothing, increase in payroll hours to be able to accomplish more, to help increase sales.

Pros

Competitive wages to start with, but don’t expect a raise. Loyal customers. Dedicated employees. Other than that, there aren’t any.

Cons

The revolving door of store managers. Each manager was worse than the previous one. Maybe if they stopped hiring external candidates and promoted the hard-working assistant managers, the revolving door would stop. Expect to do your job and the store manager’s job with no additional compensation. Training? There is none! Upper management is completely out of touch and incompetent. They have absolutely no idea what is happening at the store level. The corporate office is operationally challenged. Markdowns, store sets, and promotional changes all have to be done on the same day with no additional payroll hours. Overall, the worst experience I’ve had working for any company. It’s an absolute nightmare.
