People. Inspiring/educated Senior Leadership. Visibility. Managing in the gray. Ability to be creative. Bonus structure. Reward program for associates.

Cons

Retail life...It's demanding but rewarding.

Pros

Get to work with nice, professional associates and clients. Clothing discount is nice too. Very appealing and clean work environment.

Cons

Salaries are much too low for sales expertise and service given to clients. Retailers should pay sales staff who work directly with consumer so much more.

Pros

There is no pressure no commission we see the success of the store which can only thrive if the entire team supports eachother. It is not a one man/woman sport in order to catch the ball your team mate must throw it.

Cons

There are more expectations related to performance creating higher goals for sales professional s. Honestly I'd take it as a compliment we're invested in you we believe. Now its your turn to believe in yourself.
