Ok company, not so ok plant

Pros

Vacation is based on your age, not service years with the company. Benefits are good. Schedule is week on, week off.

Cons

Work/home life balance is non-existent. Way too much OT. Maintenance does pretty much nothing. Something in plant is always breaking or tripping off line. Plant management is abysmal. Staff morale is very low. Operations always gets blamed for anything that happens. BDEC is a joke and a terrible place to work.
