Pros

Good Pay for the area. Benefits used to be good but not anymore. Definitely not good enough to justify working there.

Cons

Management is the worst. Treat workers like slaves while they sit on their butts and bad mouth everyone else all day. Avoid it like the plague. Coming to Montour will be the worst decision you ever make.

They have the best benefits package of any other company I have worked for. A lot of paid vacation and sick time. It's a great place to work for the benefits.

Cons

It's a tough company to get and keep a job at if you are not related to anyone or friends with anyone. Also, work ethic and intelligence do not always factor in to how well you do. It's a very political company and the best way to get ahead is have friends/relatives in high places.
