Talented people. I learned a lot while I was employed there. Able to work without being Micromanaged. Pay "was" good, went down hill.

Cons

This is the WORST organization i have ever worked for. Favoritism at it's best. I was actually encouraged to leave if I didn't like it there. They did nothing to retain their talent. No recognition for employees who do well. Very hard to get promoted. Changes were constant and not always for the good and your opinions were of no value. Volatile work environment, most folks didn't even like each other or talk to each other. Sad to see what has happened there.

Sad to see this place falling apart worked there for 8 years and they do not care about there employees anymore at all... so glad to be off that sinking ship
