Close to home, decent pay for the area

Cons

Worker morale is in the basement. Too many levels of management that are incapable of making a decision. Scheduling is a nightmare. The focus has turned from quality to cost cutting.

Watching the decisions management makes reassures you that you're not as screwed up as you thought you were.

Cons

Management at all levels. Company is full of supervisors but not a single leader. It almost seems like the entire power generation industry lined their managers up against the wall and Talen got last pick.
