The company is in transition and lacks a clear direction. It appears that people are in positions that they may not be qualified for which exposes other departments to risk.

Pros

Watching the decisions management makes reassures you that you're not as screwed up as you thought you were.

Cons

Management at all levels. Company is full of supervisors but not a single leader. It almost seems like the entire power generation industry lined their managers up against the wall and Talen got last pick.
