Since it was purchased, focus has shifted to cutting every dime they can and reducing benefits, and they seem to delight in cutting people first

I'ts too early for me to get a good feel for the company. The company recently went from being publicly traded to privately owned. This has the potential of being a con for some.

Unstable is an understatement. No corporate structure or vision since leaving PPL. Talen "1.0" was a failure in its first year and now Talen "2.0" is sinking under new Private Owners who have zero nuclear experience.
