The internal communication was good enough. Most of the people in different departments worked seamlessly together when needed.

Cons

Most people here are trained think that the harder they work, the more money they make. So, they go above and beyond their limits and often overstretch themselves. But, money wasn't the main motivator for me, so they couldn't retain me!

This company is fraud. They hire you on a salary and after 1 month, they pressurise you and then reduce your salary. No respect for employees only money minded company. No safety and security for women employees. Few male colleagues treat you like an opportunity and all the time borrow money from girls.

Cons

Cudnt find any. They make you work on holidays too. Even national holidays. If you refuse, they deduct your salary
