Some of the coworkers are nice and there is learning on how to deal with difficult personalities.

Cons

When first starting at this company you feel as though you are entering a great community, a great workplace, a great vision and a great future. Within a few short weeks, in some cases even days; you will realize that you were horribly mistaken. The company is not a community rather a group of people that pretend to be 'adults' while making poor business decisions in a rather unprofessional manner. It isn't a great workplace because they expect so much out of you while suggesting that your best will never be good enough.
