Only timely salary that's it

Cons

People do not work out of their interest, they just work out of extreme pressure. We understand every recruitment company has pressure but for a reason, here it's completely unproductive, management only focuses on timely submissions which is min 10 per week, rather than focussing on closures or placements. Most important thing employees are not treated as humans they are treated as donkeys not even machines just donkeys. Management out there is very biassed, selfish, unprofessional, unethical and what not....
