Pros

Sales force that really cares about retention, rather than just on profit through consultant churn. Insightful recruiters that do a good job at finding quality talent while weeding out "problem personalities". HR/Benefits that runs like clockwork, with amazing service!

Cons

Perhaps fewer connections to a wide variety of clients as compared to other, (larger) consulting firms.
