      Pros

      Good leadership - love my boss and the director over our account Both are very professional, responsive and give every opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Overall not much to complain about - the only concern point for me is pay. Wish there was more money on the table with very favorable performance review - raises are small. Probably they are smaller than most companies I have worked for and there is no bonus opportunity.

      Work experience as a RPO consultant can vary on which client you are assigned to. ManpowerGroup tries to ensure their consultants are in a good work environment.

      No benefits 401k, IRA, health, vision, dental, insurance is all made available but you pay for it all on your own with no contribution as a contractor. Health, vision, dental offerings are good, but cost is similar to government plans ($600 per month) No PTO or sick time. If you aren't at work, you aren't paid. If you are considering being a contractor, keep this in mind when you review the salary. Subtract the cost of health insurance, sick time, PTO, 401k with no matching. It's around $15,000 off of what you're being offered if you take almost no time off of work
