      Contingent work force is talented, flexible hours at times

      Cons

      Short term assignments If you ou are a contractor you are treated badly by the in-house HR staffing... The RPO company has a long ways to go in knowing how to treat the contingent work force. If you are finished with a contract they will EMAIL you and let you know they will contact YOU IF they have any work You are reviewed by management from your previous assignment but you never know if that review is good or bad. It is a mess. Middle management appears to not know what they are doing. Constant loss of contracts.

      Pros

      Work with some great clients. Role calls for you to be a jack-of-all trades . Teams are not compartmentalized. You have the opportunity to touch a ton of different aspects of the program. Remote opportunities.

      Cons

      Questionable management hires. Tons of second and third chances to underperforming members. Inconsistent transparency between management and teams. Dated technologies/processes. Annual performance review process is broken.

      Great interpersonal relations with clients. Staffing specialist is knowledgeable of candidates and goes above and beyond for both the client and candidate.

      Cons

      Poor compensation for internal employees, considering the range of responsibility.
