Ghost management or worst management? Would not recommend.

Pros

- Benefits are OK. - Team can be good, but that's more luck than anything.

Cons

- Use it or lose it PTO policy (if you don't use it at end of year, you lose what you accrue). Management can make it difficult to take PTO, which makes it harder. - No work-life balance. If you do have/achieve balance, you get crap for it. - Management does not exist, especially if you work on-site for a client. - No opportunities for growth. No visibility. No career plan. - Management cannot keep promises (relates to negotiation, career development, 1:1 conversations). - They do not take care of employees, and do not raise salaries (via merit increase) according to performance (or at all), even when you know the revenue they're bringing in. - Even when sales and revenue are high, but team members who are not on commission don't get any benefits or bonuses. - Global leaders show their face at on-site client offices once every two years, and act like they know you and the work you do. - Horrible communication style and delivery from global leaders. Very unprofessional in general.

Pay check, good benefits for internal staff.

Cons

Lack of transparency about career advancement. Promotions are a result of favoritism. How you advance depends on who you know and what they think of you, not how good you are at your job. Many inept leaders. Promotional opportunities and new client teams are filled with "favorites" before anyone has an opportunity to be considered. Everything is done in the 'dark of night' and if you don't have someone on the inside fighting for you, you'll never go anywhere.
