      Working with people all over the world! Some projects give you the opportunity to travel. The support and tools provided are great.

      Cons

      Sometimes you can be on a project that you don’t like for a long time, and it can wear you down.

      Pros

      The ability to work remote, that’s pretty much all the “pros” manpower group has had to offer during my time here.

      Cons

      The list is endless, atrocious CRM/ATS, lots of excel sheets, terrible benefits, used by clients to enable bad, and sometimes flat out unethical hiring practices. If you want real corporate recruiting, look elsewhere. Salary will fluctuate from assignment to assignment.
