Pros

Flexibility - work from home Benefits - medical, dental, and vision are not bad PTO is okay ........ ..... .....

Cons

Poor leadership - very few good leaders are left; individuals are basically being promoted based on being "friends" with their leaders versus being a strong producer/leader Environment has become very negative, creating a negative culture - not what it used to be Major burn out situation - leadership pushes all the work on top producing employees and provides minimal recognition. They are hiring junior level recruiters who cannot produce, in which the work then goes to the top producing recruiters

Pros

Great environment in an eco-friendly building Socialization A lot of opportunities to learn or grow. ie Toastmasters, MERGE and ACE meetings, etc. Full cafe open for employees Free parking structure for employees

Cons

Inconsistency from management. ie how long/what is required to advance, standard policy & procedures, dress code Not much reward when exceeding metrics. No commission, (often) no recognition from management, etc. Opportunities for growth is really pushed during onboarding and training but there aren't as many as they make it seem. Most of the higher positions are already filled and are usually replaced by externals Metrics don't always accurately reflect how much work you got done but always affects your job stability Hired on as full-time indefinite contract and difficult to be made staff Contractor benefits are available but grossly expensive Very "clique-y" Training misses a lot of important tips and tools that you end up learning from co-workers if you're lucky
