      Poor Systems, No Process, Poor Support

      Pros

      People are great, everyone is friendly, you can make friends and really grassroots sort of people. Access to the Country Manager's door is there, if he's around.

      Cons

      No process documentation, no hand over process, and little to no support when starting out a new job role. You are expected to know how to do things you have never done before in your life.

      I was fortunate to work on a strong team where I was given enough autonomy to manage my work but had the support structure when needed.

      Cons

      Would have liked to learn more about the client lifecycle from a visibility standpoint.
