      TAPFIN - amazing place to innovate!

      Pros

      Leadership team really cares about the employees and they tend to hire fantastic people who also really care. TAPFIN is leading the MSP space, always looking to future to evolve and keep innovating to stay ahead and competitive.

      Cons

      Unclear, undefined parameters for promotions; communication of these policies does not exist which makes people come up with their own explanations (sometimes incorrectly) about why someone was promoted, while others aren't.

      Pros

      Good career opportunities, senior management open and approachable, freedom to make the role your own and shape what you do.

      Cons

      The office is a bit dated and could maybe do with some investment to create a more pleasant surrounding to work in, but minor thing.
