Overall, the company is strong and succeeds. They have some big name clients and they work hard to deliver for the clients.

Cons

However, at what cost? There is huge gaps in compensation between individuals doing the same job. They let one of my favorite people in the company slip through their fingers who was in research, training, and pretty much everything. It was clear that the compensation was not level across the board. Equal work for equal pay.
