4yWe appreciate the comments regarding culture and teamwork, as those are both critical to our success. While we do have minority representation in our management team, it is not a level we feel acceptable. As a company committed to diversity both internally, and externally for our clients, we are constantly seeking new and creative ways to increase diversity and have an active effort to bring additional diversity to our leadership team.
