Pros

there is more Flexibility because you are a contract temp worker so you cannot be forced to do over time

Cons

there are no raises, no promotions, and very little to no communication. I had no paycheck because their paycheck vendor had a problem and I didn't know about the issue until I went to my bank and had no money in my account.

The cab facility is good only if they provide you one( which rarely happens)

Cons

Poor working environment. Too much politics and boot licking. Worst management. No hierarchy.

Recruiting manager is the worst decision ever taken by the company He take everything personally Threaten employees for there job Does all the politics Extremely rude to employees No understanding of recruitment and highly unprofessional and partial in term of his role Would suggest all not to join this company under him
