      Pros

      There’s good opportunity for career growth as we are constantly understaffed. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to do more than your fair share. Pay is decent, if you have a good manager who is willing to fight for you. The new office is nice and the laid back atmosphere day to day is enjoyable.

      Cons

      Horrible culture, and management isn’t trying to fix it. In fact, they are a huge contributor to the issue. Tons of turnover that is not being addressed. Many employees feel undervalued. No 401k match. Not very progressive as far as benefits go.

      TalentLaunch INC is a horrible place to work. Asked for a sick leave after feinting in a google meet and they proceeded to fire me without compensation during COVID times. I would stay away

      Pros

      Generally decent pay and respect during the hiring process.

      Cons

      Do what you say you will do. The follow through and holding up their end of commitments is inconsistent. All about the image of the redwood tree and values, which is smoke and mirrors. TONS of turnover within the organization. Know what you are getting into.
