toxic work environment, low salary and terrible management. most people don't even stay more than six months. burn out between employees are constant and a very high stress position to be in. work life balance is non existent and mental health takes a toll after a month here. if you can avoid working here, then do so.

Unfortunately a lot of extraneous variables come to play and are not taken into consideration when it comes to performance. There is no room for grace, eventually, you just feel like a number even if you are trying your hardest, unless people are signing it's simply not enough. The base salary is also not enough so expect to live paycheck to paycheck. The micromanaging and need to control everything eventually becomes too overwhelming.
