Pros

I love my team. I have never worked somewhere where I felt like the dumbest person in the room everyday and that is an awesome feeling. The intelligence of the people at Talis is both humbling and inspiring, from the Founders to the Office Manager, everyone is really good at what they do. They work hard, but not because someone has the doors chained, people just care about what they're doing. The impact being made is something truly special that you dont find in many companies. It's not for everyone, but it's definitely not what a few bitter people are trying to make it out to be.

Cons

The location is probably my biggest complaint. I'm in Cleveland but drive to Streetsboro everyday which isnt ideal but its tolerable.

Zero chance the 3.9 rating is accurate

Pros

While these reviews tend to be more negative than positive, it is incredibly hard to find Pros. Pay is relatively fair. The location is decent. We can stop there.

Cons

There might as well be a revolving door in the lobby because it would be much more helpful with the constant turnover when people have had enough. The unprofessionalism runs rampant, be it from senior management cursing out venders to their face or the way employees talk about each other behind others' backs or to management. It is basically a high school mentality company that can't get out of their own way and become profitable. Be prepared to work 7am-7pm mandatory shifts without the ability to take or make a phone call (my kids loved that). Be prepared to have the CEO park in the handicap space because it's closer to the door when he routinely shows up late. Be prepared for last minute meetings since department and intra-company meetings are rarely scheduled using Outlook. This is a tech company afraid to use technology. Wait for their paper-based filing system which is a real help when speed and accessibility are paramount.
